• In perfect condition
• With original tags and packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method

🔄 Product exchange

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once the item is received and approved, a store credit coupon equal to the amount paid will be issued
• The coupon can be used on our website to choose a new item — same model or any other available product

• Product inspection may take up to 7 business days upon receipt
• Items that do not meet the stated conditions may be returned to the customer
