Timings and Delivery

1. What is the dispatch time for orders? Our dispatch time is up to 2 business days from the payment of the order. Shipments are made directly from Brazil.
2. How long does delivery take? The normal delivery time is usually 4 to 10 calendar days after the order is shipped.

Bikini Care

1. What are the recommended care instructions for the bikini? To ensure the durability of your bikini:
   • Wash pieces by hand, with neutral soap and cold water.
   • Avoid storing wet pieces or soaking them.
   • Do not use powdered soap, detergent, or other harsh cleaning products.
   • Never use a washing machine, dryer, or dry cleaning.

Return Policy

1. What is the return policy? You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order, provided that the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Where are the bikinis produced? We produce authentic Brazilian bikinis directly from Southern Brazil, on the island of Florianópolis, affectionately known as Floripa.
