You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be in perfect condition
• Include original tags and packaging

💸 Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued according to the original payment method

🔄 Exchanges

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• After receiving and approving the returned items, a store credit (exchange coupon) will be issued for the amount paid
• The credit can be used on our website to select the same item or any other available product

• Product inspection may take up to 7 business days after receipt
• Items that do not meet the conditions above may be returned to the customer
